Truck Utilisation = max(weight%, volume%, pallet%) — the binding sub-metric
Weight % = shipment weight ÷ max weight × 100
Volume % = shipment volume ÷ max volume × 100
Pallet % = pallets loaded ÷ pallet slots × 100
Distance % = loaded ÷ (loaded + empty) × 100
Empty Running % = 100 − Distance %
Time % = operating hours ÷ available hours × 100
Status = Good under 80%, Watch 80–90%, Full above 90%
