Files are opened, converted, and saved entirely inside this browser tab — nothing is uploaded to Tools2Ship or any other server, so rate confirmations, BOLs, and customs paperwork never leave your machine. Large files are limited only by your own memory. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked in your PDF viewer first. Conversion is a best-effort reconstruction: always eyeball the output before sending it to a customer or a broker.
